Terms & Conditions

1) The Contract will be normally for one year as agreed upon between the parties and will be automatically renewed, if not specifically revoked, by giving one month notice of payment in lieu of it, by either side.

2) We will providethe necessary staffs that will work in 3 shifts system round the clock.

3) Our staffs will be on our roll & we will arrange for their wages over time, P.F., E.S.I., Bonus gratuity, leave, uniforms & other benefits etc.

4) We will send the bills at the end of the months. The management will make the payment latest by 5th of the net month.

5) Our staff will be our direct control & supervision, but they will carry out the work allotted to them by the standing orders of the esteemed concern. They will also obey resonable and legal instructions given by the executives.

6) In case of theft, etc, we will undertake through inquiries in liaison with civil police & allied authorities and if it is proved in police investigation that it was due to carelessness or connivance of our staff on duty, we will held them responsible for the same & will also co-operate with the authorities in taking legal action giants them.

7) We will maintain liaison with police, fire fighting dept. and other authorities to meet with the requirements of the esteemed concern during normal & emergency period.

8) Our executives will visit the unit periodically in order to have strict supervision over our staff & will hold surprise checking & night rounds. They will also attend meetings convened by the managements as & when required. They will be given due co-operations by the management.
